Meet Our Director
At the heart of Kekaku Projects is our Founder and Director, Millicent Mabitsela. With over two decades of mining experience across various fields, she brings deep, first-hand industry knowledge to every part of the business. That background gives her a practical understanding of the challenges clients face on the ground, from complex operational demands to strict safety and compliance requirements.
Millicent is known for a hands-on leadership style. Rather than managing from a distance, she works alongside teams on-site, solving problems as they arise and making sure standards never slip. This visible, involved approach builds confidence among clients, partners, and employees alike, and it creates a culture where accountability is shared across the whole organisation.
